Juval is committed to a high level of expertise, quality and reliability, in every purchase of jewelry from us. If you are not satisfied with the jewelry you purchased, please contact us as soon as you receive the jewelry, and we will do our best to satisfy you.

A one-year warranty will be granted from the date of purchase for repairs. The warranty is valid for manufacturing defects only, and does not include defects that result from the wear of the jewelry as a result of the time it has been worn, from damage caused to the jewelry, or from use that is not suitable for the jewelry.

Please note that any repair, size adjustment or any action done on the jewelry by a party other than Juval will void Juval’s warranty on the jewelry.

In the event that your jewelry is damaged after the warranty period has ended, we can repair it. The costs and repair times vary depending on the required repair.


Changes and Cancellations

Sales items and custom made items are non refundable.

Policy for Jewelry under 3000 NIS:
You can change or cancel your order within 48 hours. 
A 5% cancellation fee will be taken. 
Refunds are processed within 5 business days. 

Policy for jewelry over 3000 NIS:
It is not possible to cancel an order. However, we do offer a credit from the website collections at the same amount of the order.


Exchange and Return

You can get a credit in the online store/studio for realization within 14 days from the day you receive the jewelry.


Return Policy

We will be happy to receive the jewelry you purchased back, if it has not been used, it is in its original condition and in its original packaging, after inspection. The return to Juval will be at the customer's expense and responsibility, and any payment or tax that may apply to the return of the jewelry will be on the customer and not on Juval.
