Warranty

JUVAL Fine Jewelry is committed to provide reliable, quality and trustworthy expertise with every purchase of jewelry. We guarantee free repair service for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from normal wear-and-tear, physical abuse, misuse and negligence.

Please note that repair, sizing or other service performed by someone other than JUVAL Fine Jewelry to your item(s), will void your warranty.

Should your item(s) get damaged after the warranty period expired, we can repair your item(s) as needed. Repair costs and times may vary, so please contact us prior to returning the item(s) for a repair.

 

Changes and Cancellation

Once your order has been submitted, any modifications or cancelations must be made within 24 hours.

After 24 hours of purchase: If you change your ring size, you will be charged with sizing fee of 30 USD. If you cancel your order or change your order to a different design- you will be charged with a cancellation fee of 200 USD. 

Deposits given for custom made jewelry or engagement rings are non- refundable, due to the work invested in stone matching and customization.

 

Return policy

We will gladly accept returns on any item (except items which are final sale) that is in its original condition for a refund to the original form of payment. All special/ customized orders (including non-stocked size orders) and sale items are final sale. 

Item(s) will be returned at your expense. Any entry fee or customs taxation that could be associated with returning the item(s) will be incurred by you and not by JUVAL Fine Jewelry.

All returns must be delivered with a major delivery service (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Israel door to door post service, etc) with tracking capabilities. Please email us the tracking number.

JUVAL Fine Jewelry reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notifications of any changes will be published on this page.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). A refund will be issued within 3 business days, crediting your credit card or original method of payment. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

All returns will incur a 5% fee of the total amount of the purchase, due to payment commissions which are non- refundable.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and the refund will not be granted. For any questions or concerns regarding the return process, please contact us.
